The victim was carrying a weapon legally, and the ice agents took the weapon from him first, and then executed him after he was disarmed?

He was also trying to disengage and was then pepper sprayed and held down by several grown men.

Looked like he was trying to help the person in the orange bag, who they shoved against a car



If the deceased turns out to have been lawfully armed and ICE unlawfully attempted to detain him for filming, does that that mean ICE just executed someone for exercising their 2nd Amendment rights?
ETA: The Minneapolis chief of police just stated on CNN via WCCO that they believe the victim did have a permit to carry.


From the video, I believe he was armed and an ICE agent took it out of his waistband. Then they executed him. Not only did it not look like he brandished it at all, but they shot him even after the gun was removed from his person. And then double and triple and quadruple tapped well after obvious signs of death.

Tak i kdyz zastrelili tu zenskou, tak se ti agenti ICE tam pohybovali jako ozrali, nebo jako nejaci zakladaci.... nulova profesionalita a vycvik...

Stejně zajímavá nátura ty Američani. Chlap věděl co je to za ranaře a že k akcí nejdu daleko a i tak se hodlá do nich pustit

No a oni se s tím nežerou.

Co mi říkal jeden bývalý policajt, oni měli jedni dobu dost úmrtí v rámci sboru a nasadili pak tento styl střelba a pak se ptát.

Už žádný pohřeb policajta nebo tak nějak zněl ten slogan.

Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O’Hara shared some new details on the man shot and killed by Border Patrol on Saturday during a press conference shortly after the incident.

Oficiální popis okolností střelby, při které federální agenti v sobotu zastřelili ve městě Minneapolis muže, zpochybňují i některá svědectví zaznamenaná u soudu. Uvádí to stanice CBS News a deník The New York Times. Svědci tvrdí, že neviděli, že by zastřelený muž na federální agenty útočil, nebo že by jim vyhrožoval zbraní, jak tvrdili krátce po události představitelé federálních úřadů.

poté, co byl Pretti na zemi, byli kolem něj nejméně čtyři agenti. „Viděla jsem agenty střílet na muže šestkrát či sedmkrát,“ uvedla lékařka. Ta Prettimu poskytla i první pomoc a na jeho zádech viděla tři vstřely. Po otočení muže viděla jeden další vstřel na prsou a možná jedno další střelné zranění na krku.

Podobně popsal celou událost i další svědek. „Neviděl jsem ho se zbraní. Povalili ho na zem. Čtyři nebo pět agentů ho drželo na zemi a začali na něj prostě střílet. Vystřelili na něj mnohokrát,“ stojí ve výpovědi. Podle svědka je popis události ze strany ministerstva pro vnitřní bezpečnost mylný. „Muž se nepřiblížil k agentům se zbraní,“ stojí ve výpovědi.

Obě výpovědi byly podle médií učiněny před soudem, to znamená, že za křivá tvrzení by svědkům hrozilo stíhání a postih.

He was legally carrying. He never went for his weapon. He was already disarmed. He was recording officers and helping a woman who had been shoved.

And was shot point blank in the back and then 10 more times.

Border Patrol / Department of Homeland Security immediately defended this and called their officers competent and well trained.

Stephen Miller stated the fact he was legally carrying meant he was a “would be assassin” and both Trump and Vance echoed this.

hlavně na té zemi byl v kleče. a argumenty o tom, že neměl u sebe papíry - lol - to je vidět, že to ti psychopati nejdřív zkontrolovali a pak začali střílet. bože, ten je tak zaslepenej tím kultem, že je zralej na odmašťovnu.

must display the permit card and identification document upon lawful demand by a peace officer, as defined in section 626.84, subdivision 1.

I’m still trying to understand how a group of people who stormed the US Capitol Building and assaulted police officers are considered patriots, but an ICU Nurse from a VA Hospital, who was trying to help an injured person, is killed in broad daylight, and our government states that his murder is justified.

There is no state law in Minnesota that says you can't have a gun at a protest.

No one asked for his ID, no one asked for his permit, they didnt wait that long.

They disarmed this man by removing his gun from his holster and then executed him.
